X-Yachts is starting the launch of the official recruiting process for the XR 41 Racing Team, a key initiative aimed at competing in top regattas, including the ORC World Championship 2025 in Tallinn, where we aim for a podium finish.

The XR 41 Racing Project gives talented sailors the opportunity to join a semi-professional setup aboard a cutting-edge ORC racer. The project focuses on intensive training, refining both individual skills and teamwork necessary for success on the water.

The team will consist of a mix of Danish and international sailors, including both amateurs and professionals and will be trained and managed by professional sailor Jesper Radich.

The first recruiting event takes place in Skovshoved, Denmark on the 9th of October.

We plan building a team of around 15 members, with 10 selected for each event. Training will take place in Haderslev, Øresund, and Kiel in the lead-up to major events, such as Kieler Woche 2025 and the ORC World Championship 2025.

This project marks a key step in preparing for success in the 2025 and 2026 seasons.
