This second day of competition started with very light breeze. The Race Committeee could start a first race in the morning but the wind died after three legs and the race was abandoned. Sailors were sent to shore and returned back to water around 3pm, when the wind raised to 6-8 knots and their long wait was rewarded with the first scores of the championship.

Georgia Chimona GRE, Luigi Santocanale FRA and Alessio Marinelli ITA lead the Laser Radial fleet.

The Laser Standard competition is headed by Leandro Rosado ESP, Aristotelis Chatzistamatiou GRE and Adonis Bougiouris GRE.
