B&G®, the world's leading sailing electronics manufacturer, today announced the new Zeus® SR chartplotter, featuring a new Qualcomm® 8-core processor and redesigned interface for an enhanced sailing experience.

"The new Zeus SR is an exciting addition to B&G's product portfolio, representing a significant leap forward in sailing technology," said Kevin Steinbraker, VP and General Manager, Digital Systems of Navico Group. "By combining unparalleled processing with intuitive design, we're enhancing time on the water. We're thrilled to offer sailors a tool that not only elevates their navigation experience but also delivers the reliability and precision essential for confident sailing."

The Zeus SR unleashes a new phase of chartplotting power with its 8-core processor that delivers a smoother, faster user experience. The speed from one app to the next provides instant information, while also revolutionizing the C-MAP charting experience by allowing users to zoom and pan more smoothly than ever before. The redesigned interface offers immediate familiarity enabling navigation between apps seamless. Sailors also have total control with a trio of hybrid control options - touch, rotary dial, and keypad - making it easy to use in all conditions and points of sail.

Featuring separate modes built for cruising, racing and anchoring, the Zeus SR makes it easy to find the tools for any activity. Simplified data sets for casual cruising are combined alongside award-winning sailing features like LayLines and SailSteer™ to help sailors stay on course. For racers, it's as easy as selecting Race Mode to put them instantly in control of powerful B&G tools that help manage race route, start line and race timers. Additionally, a dedicated Anchor Mode delivers peace of mind for a relaxing rest stop, ensuring the boat doesn't run aground at low tide.

Users can explore new areas with detailed C-MAP® charts. The latest C-MAP DISCOVER ® X and REVEAL® X charts are optimized specifically for B&G sharp resolution and levels of detail like never before. The X-Gen charts also unlock a host of ground-breaking features, such as C-MAP Safety Alerts - built to automatically alert users to hazards up ahead, ranging from shallow waters to buoys. Additionally, the C-MAP X-Chart Manager lets users manage C-MAP chart updates and upgrades directly from their device, with the ability to choose custom areas for a near-instant download.

The Zeus SR is available in 10, 12 and 16-inch display sizes and starts at $2,999 USD. The new chartplotter will be on display at the Miami International Boat Show, February 12-16, 2025.
