Save the Date: HISC Youth Race Week 29th July - 3rd August 2024 - Open to All

Youth Race Week is a thrilling event tailored for young sailors of all skill levels. Taking place from 29th July to 3rd August at the Hayling Island Sailing Club (HISC), this week promises an exciting and competitive atmosphere with fleets including Optimist, Tera, Feva, 29er, and RS200.

With 15 races scheduled throughout the week, the HISC Youth Race Week offers a fantastic opportunity for participants to challenge themselves across various courses. Safety cover will be provided throughout, ensuring a safe environment for all competitors.

Participants will navigate the stunning waters around Chichester Harbour, providing a picturesque backdrop for each race. This venue is renowned for its scenic beauty and offers a unique setting for young sailors to showcase their skills and passion for sailing.

HISC, located at the entrance of Chichester Harbour, not only boasts spectacular views but also provides amenities such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with accommodation options for participants and spectators.

Social events are included throughout the week to foster camaraderie among participants and create a vibrant atmosphere.

Breeze builds at Hayling to provide fantastic sailing conditions The fleet arrived at the club to be greeted by mirror flat water and wall to wall sunshine.
