With the interest in the classes at a record high, it is likely the that Thailand Nationals will attract more competitors than event before.

In the recent ILCA District championship, also held yearly at Royal Varuna Yacht Club in November, there were 55 participants, and at the two Master World championships in January for ILCA6 and ILCA7 there were 120 to 140 boats in each event, including a very large number of regional participants.

Judging from these successes, the secret about one of the best sailing venues in the world has been revealed to the ILCA world; this was a quote from one of the seasoned international event organizers who assisted during the masters worlds.

Thanks to the recent event activities, there are very good charter boats available from the organizers for competitors of all ages; there were 4 left at last count.

Notice of race available here.

Participants may enter by filing the form electronically at forms.fillout.com/t/7SX8PpnKJUus by Thursday 25 January 2024. However if participants need to book a charter boat, they better act quick.
